Along with a full 12 hour exclusive use of the venue, you can enjoy all of our amenities without any additional charge.

Included in the rental:

  • 12 hours of usable time
  • Lighting
  • Stage and gear/ Sound system/ Projector
  • Wifi
  • 5 couches
  • (4) 8ft rectangular tables
  • (10) 6ft rectangular tables
  • (10) 4ft round tables
  • (3) short rectangular hand-crafted coffee tables
  • (5) 2.5ft square hand-crafted tables
  • (200) black banquet chairs

PRICES

 

BASIC FEES

 

  •  Exclusive access to the space for 12 consecutive hours: $1,700
  • This includes on-site Facility Manager and an on-site Sound Technician ($200 value)

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Parking Lot and 2 Parking Attendants : $100 for duration of event (Must be reserved in advance)
  • Café (includes 2 baristas) : $100 for initial deposit, plus cost of individual drinks (ranging from $2.50 to $5)
  • Bathroom Attendants : $25 per bathroom
