We’re located at 1419 Clinton Street in the historic Marathon Village district of downtown Nashville—just minutes from Broadway and major attractions.

What types of events can I host at Foundry Events?

Our venue is perfect for weddings, corporate events, music video shoots, conferences, showers, birthday parties, and more. The space is versatile and can be tailored for both intimate gatherings and 200-person celebrations.

How many people can the venue hold?

Foundry Events can accommodate up to 200 standing guests or 110 seated at tables in our spacious Main Hall.

What’s included in the rental fee?

Rentals include access to the full venue space, professional lighting, sound system, stage, Wi-Fi, and a large inventory of tables, chairs, and lounge furniture. Day-of event coordination is also available.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes! You’re free to bring in the caterer of your choice. We do not have an in-house kitchen, but our space is caterer-friendly.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

No, Foundry Events has a no-alcohol policy due to our partnership with Harvest Sound International. However, we offer a gourmet coffee bar and non-alcoholic beverage options.

Is there on-site parking for guests?

Yes, we have access to ample on-site and nearby parking in Marathon Village lots. It's especially available during evening and weekend events.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Do you have any restrictions or policies we should know about?

Yep, just a few things to keep in mind so everyone has a great experience:

• No alcohol is allowed on-site. Instead, we keep things fresh with a coffee bar and other non-alcoholic options.

• Music should be family-friendly. Think fun, clean vibes — we just ask that you steer clear of anything explicit or offensive.

• You’re welcome to decorate the space however you'd like — just no nails, glitter bombs, or anything that could damage the walls or fixtures.

• Events need to wrap up by the agreed end time so we can keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Can I host both a ceremony and reception at Foundry Events?

Definitely. Many of our clients host both the wedding ceremony and reception in our flexible Main Hall. We can reconfigure the layout between portions of your event as needed.
